What is your shipping details?

We prioritize the shipment of your product and dispatch hundreds daily. Our processing time is 1-4 days for order verification and packaging. Shipping typically takes 10-15 days, but times may vary. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order. While most shipping companies offer tracking, we cannot guarantee it in every case. What is your return policy?

We have a return policy of 14 working days from the date you receive your item. To return an item, it must be unused, in original packaging, and with labels. Contact us at info@thesilverspoon.net with your order details, reason for return, and any photos. We will send you a return label if approved. Note that certain items, like perishable goods and sale items, cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 3-14 working days after inspection.
